Refund policy

Limited Warranty:

All products sold by Industrial Rubber Tires, LLC are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the useful life of the product. Any product found by us to have such a defect will be replaced or a reasonable adjustment or allowance will be made against the purchase of a new product, within our discretion. All other costs involved, including, but not limited to, labor, freight, service, and taxes are to be borne by the buyer. The buyer agrees that replacement or adjustment, as aforementioned, shall be the exclusive remedy and that Industrial Rubber Tires, LLC shall not, in any event, be held liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages. Industrial Rubber Tires, LLC makes no other warranty, express or implied, and specifically excludes any and all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Refunds:

Refunds will incur a credit card transaction fee that is not refundable. Refunds will be issued minus the credit card transaction fee. No full refunds are offered for credit card purchases.

Returns:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days have gone by from the date of your purchase. Return Shipping is Paid by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:
Wheels (multi-piece / bolt together)
Special Compound tires
Tubes
Custom tire/Wheel assemblies
Tires that have been pressed on or mounted on wheels

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please request return goods authorization prior to shipping.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (please note warranty statement)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days, less 15% restocking charge.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When you are shipping an item , please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
